Street Urban Dance Co operates a Street Dance team which
has been on going since our classes first opened up in 1995 and we have
performed at dance events and local community events to thousands of people all
over the South East.
Of course like any team we want certain people
that fit a criteria of attributes that are going to be able to work with others
of different ages and abilities and backgrounds and be a positive attribute to
those people we work with and also to be a good ambassador to dancing in
general.
SO WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PRIMADONNA OR PEOPLE WITH EGOS.
But what we do love is people who have personal drive, a passion for
learning new choreography and to be able to bring there own ideas to the table
who are friendly and fun with an ability to work hard with an onsite to
bettering their own personal dancing skills....and also take part in SUDC
class.

All interested parties
must be coming to class on a regular basis to show their
commitment
You must turn up to training in Crawley twice a
week on time. The dance team training is FREE outside regular class BUT you
must be committed if you cant make the commitment please do not waist our time
since we are giving you FREE training outside of class and we expect 120%
commitment. If you cannot make training one week we expect to be notified
accordingly.
When training we expect all participants to give 120%
effort and support others within the group who are not as skilled. When
training we do expect you to train and not come to have a chat. We want those
involved to look the best they can when performing which means hard work. Since
the teaching for choreography for the team is FREE we expect the hard work
back.

Dance team training is FREE but you still must come to one
or more SUDC classes a week as the team is made up of students of the classes.
Any outfits for the team must be bought by those taking part.
Thats easy first of all send an email in
enquiring about the team and introduce yourself about how much you love dancing
and then attend one of our classes (preferably Crawley) so that we can see the
level of your dancing. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL in if you do not know that you can
commit to something on a weekly basis. Serious enquiries only
please.
